The show celebrating the 50 th anniversary of David Bowie’s masterpieci at the Festival delle Musiche
After the success of the National Premiere at Monsummano Terme, the show “The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars – 50 anni dopo later” replicates on August 10 at 9:15 pm at the Teatro all’aperto in Monte San Savino (AR), as the closing event of the 28th edition of the Festival delle Musiche.

On stage the music of the Orchestra Multietnica di Arezzo, directed by Enrico Fink, and the choreography of Simona Cieri, performed by the dancers of the MOTUS Company (Martina Agricoli, Paloma Biagioli, Ilaria Fratantuono, Roberta Morello, Gian Maria Picciau and Mattia Solano).
Inspired by the meeting between David Bowie and Lindsay Kemp, which broke the disciplinary boundaries between dance and music leaving lasting traces that, even today, influence the work of artists in which the dialogue between different disciplines is central, the Orchestra Multietnica di Arezzo and the MOTUS Company, reinterpret the songs of the legendary album, with exceptional guests such as Finaz, Donbachi and Nuto (Bandabardò), Paolo Benvegnù, Andrea Chimenti and RYF progetto Glocal Sound.
